Before going into the paths will be provided all the necessary equipment (harness, helmet, double lanyards, carabiners and pulley); then you will be presented a short briefing during which staff will explain the use of the equipment and techniques of progression along the route. Finally you will be directed by the instructor to deal with paths in complete autonomy.
