We have a cook, a pizza maker and a room manager specially trained and registered in the AIC,
A pizzeria line with equipment such as oven, counters, fryer and totally dedicated crockery.

Our pizzas are completely handmade and the dough is made using naturally gluten-free flours such as rice flour, corn starch, potato starch and guar flour and is slowly leavened for 48 hours to make it even more digestible. br> For those who also have lactose intolerance we also have delattosata mozzarella.
Our first and second courses, although strictly "gluten free", are just as appetizing and natural.
