La Dolce Vita is ` a Restaurant and Pizzeria born in Palermo in 2000 thanks to Walter Carra`; the latter, following his passion for the culinary art and aiming for quality; of the products used, offers delicacies and specialties of the highest level.
The fish dishes are guaranteed, fresh and of excellent quality; and alternate with tasty meat of the highest quality. The Chef of the kitchen combines his imagination with the raw materials used.
The place is inspired by the famous film made by Maestro Federico Fellini in 1960 and is the ideal place for those who want to taste excellent fish and meat dishes respecting the traditions of the typical Sicilian and Mediterranean cuisine reproposed with great originality by the Chef.
La Dolce Vita is ` an ideal place to spend relaxing moments with friends or a romantic candlelit dinner with your partner; thanks to the large room that can be used; welcome about 100 people, it is; a place also suitable for organizing banquets and ceremonies of all kinds.
The staff is; very prepared, qualified and welcoming towards customers, giving an excellent and always reactive service, ready to respond to customer needs. The kitchen is truly refined and innovative and is; able to fully satisfy even the most demanding palates.
