*Until September 30th* the rates applied for the month of June will return. *Until closing* the May rates will return.
The only cost apart from the electricity consumption which will be calculated according to actual consumption recorded by the digital meters installed in the pitches.
The cost for each kW hour consumed amounts to €0.60. (We work at 0.70 x kw hour) We also offer you a small discount on pizzeria products of 5% on the list prices (however negligible).

BUNGALOW
The bungalow, which is on two levels, was born inside a building built in the early 1900s and expertly restored in 2018. It has a living area of approximately 45 m2 with a mezzanine sleeping area and a large living area equipped with a sofa bed. Inside there is a very comfortable bathroom with shower and hot water, a kitchen, a table and chairs.
The bungalow is equipped with 12000 BTU air conditioning and enjoys a very private and independent outdoor area with built-in barbecue, furnished with a six-seater table. The entrance living room with kitchenette is equipped with a sofa bed, refrigerator with attached freezer, TV and sink for dishes.
The accommodation has n. 6 beds including a double bed and two single beds located in the mezzanine and finally, a sofa bed to be used if necessary located on the ground floor in the open area.
The accommodation is equipped with all the equipment, crockery, glasses...etc.. to allow easy use of the kitchen, cooking and consuming meals.
The location is not suitable for families with small children due to the presence of mezzanines and double heights that overlook the open area.

MOBILE HOMES
The mobile homes are equipped with air conditioning and a large outdoor terrace furnished with a six-seater table, chairs and a very comfortable swing. The entrance living room with kitchenette is equipped with a sofa bed, fridge, TV and sink for dishes.
Inside the accommodation which measures 25 m2 in total there are n. 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, complete with wardrobes and small bedside tables.
The toilet compartment and the shower compartment located inside the house are for the exclusive use of the guests. The accommodation is equipped with all the equipment, crockery, glasses...etc.. to allow easy use of the kitchen, cooking and consuming meals.

REST AREA
We are pleased to inform you that from this year we can use a new dance hall within the structure to be used for entertainment and club activities and a further 25 places overlooking the sea.

The newly created pitches, measuring 6.00 x 8.00 m for a total area of 48 m2, were created in the area overlooking the sea near the entrance to the beach and are intended only and exclusively for campers of passage.

All pitches, including those close to the beach, are equipped with a shade structure, electricity point, water point, sinks for dishes and we would like to point out that starting from this year you can take advantage of the hot showers in the structure for free.
